Warranty Terms & Conditions - Smart Wearables and Bottles
- The limited warranty extends only to the (First) Purchaser (Consumer) of the product and is not assignable or transferable to any other consumer.
- To avail the limited warranty coverage / benefits, the Consumer must visit / deliver the subject under product warranty coverage / benefits to the Authorized Service Centre.
- The Consumer will bear the transportation, delivery and handling charges incurred to visit / deliver the product to and from the Authorized Service Centre.
- The Consumer must produce the original Warranty Card and Invoice (hereinafter to be referred as Proof of Purchase/POP), having legible mention of the dealer’s sign, date and seal, product model number, serial number so as to establish the validity of the warranty period.
- During the limited warranty period, the Company or its Authorized Service Centre may repair or replace at the Company’s option, any defective unit or parts thereof with new or factory rebuilt replacement items, and return the product to the Consumer in working condition without any charges towards the part(s) or workmanship / labour.
- All replaced parts, boards or equipment shall become the property of the Company.
- Repaired/replaced product / parts will be covered under warranty for the balance of the original warranty period.
- The external housing and cosmetic parts is free from defects at the time of purchase of the product but are susceptible to worn out with usage behaviour, therefore shall not be covered under the limited warranty terms.
- The limited warranty coverage to Consumer shall cease and no longer be available under any of the following conditions:
- In case of incomplete Proof of Purchase, i.e. illegible dealer’s seal, dealer’s sign missing and/or illegible purchase, date, product model or serial number.
- The product serial number have been removed, defaced or altered or not matching with the Warranty Card and Invoice / Cash Memo.
- The product is subject to use in a manner not according to instructions given in the User / Instruction Manual, mishandled, misused, improper storage, exposure to moisture / dampness, /temperature/heat/fire or other such hazardous environmental conditions, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repair including but not limited to the use of unauthorized spare parts in repairs, Acts of God, spilling of foods or liquids, maladjustments to Consumer controls or other acts which are beyond the resource / controls of the Company, and defects that arise not due to normal wear and tear of the product.
- The Consumer did not approach the Company or its Authorized Service Centre about the alleged defect or malfunction of the product during the applicable limited warranty period.
- The product was used with or connected to the accessory or used / updated with software which was not supplied or authorized by the Company.
- Performance variations arising due to passage of time, sustained usage, climatic conditions and exposure to extreme temperature. Any external particle /object like water, dust, soil etc entering the product or damaging its physical properties.
- The Consumer will be billed for any parts and / or workmanship / labor charges that are not covered under this limited warranty.
- All warranty information, product features and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi only.
Warranty Terms & Conditions – Televisions
- This warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only.
- This warranty is applicable only for the personal use of product by purchaser and warranty will be void if product is used for any commercial purpose.
- Repair or replacement will be carried out through the Company’s Own /Authorized Service Centre (Check: www.sensworldwide.com –> Support –> Service Centre).
- In the event of repairs/replacement of any parts of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
- The company or its Authorized Service Centre, reserves the right to retain any part/s or component/s replaced at its discretion in the event of a defect noticed in the equipment during the warranty period.
- Demonstration/installation of the product purchased is free of cost for one time, and will be chargeable afterwards in case of re-installation/demo.
- The company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or providing replacement of part/s only. The maximum claims if entertained by the company will subject to the maximum retail price of the product purchased or the purchase price, whichever is lower.
- In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, spares not being available, the company's prevailing depreciation rules will be binding on the purchaser to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs.
- The company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of part/s, which are found to be defective.
The warranty is not applicable in the following conditions -
- The product is used for commercial purpose instead of personal use.
- The stamped and signed warranty card/invoice original copy is not presented to authorized personnel at the time of repair.
- The product is not purchased from an Authorized Sales Channel of SENS.
- The product is not used as per the instructions given in the instruction/user manual.
- Defects caused by improper use as determined by the company personnel.
- Modification or alteration of any nature is made in the electrical circuitry/physical tampering of the product.
- Installation/repair work is carried out by persons/agency other than a person authorized by the company.
- Premises where the product is kept, conditions that do not conform to the recommended operating conditions of the product.
- The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the product or cabinet.
- Defects due to cause beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God or while in transit to Service Centre or purchaser's residence (if carried by customer to Service Centre/or packing box not provided by customer while handing over the product to engineer for taking it to Service Centre).
